1-on-1 coaching

An advanced approach to training that consists of a structured plan customized to your athletic background and schedule. The focus will be on development of all aspects of your running abilities while emphasizing safe progression towards your goal races.

  • Suitable for all running abilities.

  • Initial phone consultation to establish coach/athlete relationship.

  • Direct communication with Coach Omar via Heylo (App is accessible on desktop and mobile).

    • Calls as requested.

    • Specific guidance on key sessions and race strategy advice.

  • Access to Stride Running community message group via Heylo. 

    • Includes event schedules, key announcements, photo sharing, etc.

  • Training is provided every two weeks via TrainingPeaks app.

    • Adjustments and flexibility based on your schedule.

  • Free T-shirt and Singlet for seasonal commitment.

community membership

$250/seasonal

An introduction to a structured running routine and standardized seasonal training plans tailored to a specific race distance. The focus will be on development of all aspects of your running abilities while emphasizing safe progression towards your goal races.

  • Suitable for all running abilities.

  • Pre-Conditioning training plan (4-8 weeks) - Introduction to a structured running routine

  • Standardized seasonal training plan (Fall & Spring / 12-16 weeks) - Tailored to the specific race distance you'd like to run.

  • Access to Stride Running community message group via Heylo (App is accessible on desktop and mobile).

    • Includes event schedules, key announcements, photo sharing, etc.

  • Training is provided every two weeks via TrainingPeaks app.

  • Free T-shirt for seasonal commitment.

strength coaching

$100/monthly

Available to athletes committed to 1-on-1 or Community memberships.

Looking to improve your form? This is your chance to build a better foundation going into your next build up. A single-day package led by Coach Brandon consists of an intense session that focuses on improving and/or developing your running mechanics.

  • Running Specific Drills

  • Hip Mobility/Flexibility Exercises

  • Static and Dynamic Stretching

  • Accessory Muscle Development

  • Active Warm Up and Cool Down Strategies

  • Assessment of Running Technique

  • Strategies to minimize running injuries.
